Rust-Rehab, when used as a primer or topcoat is proven to protect untreated, bare metal surfaces against moisture and other corrosive elements. It is suitable for use on metal surfaces on “any size” project involving Transportation, Marine, Industrial & Commercial, Farm and Home applications.

TuffTex Materials accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To qualify for a refund, customers must provide the Sales Order Number, Invoice Number, Packing Slip, or Shipping Document as proof of purchase. Returned items must also be free from damage caused by improper storage, misuse, or handling.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom tinted coatings
- Special order items
- Opened containers
- Clearance or discontinued products
Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all returned materials
If an order arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, customers must notify the TuffTex Support Team within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so that a replacement or refund can be arranged.
To begin a return request, please contact TuffTex Support and provide the Sales Order Number or Invoice Number along with details regarding the return request.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order leaves our dock, TuffTex Materials no longer has control over issues that may occur during transit. However, we will work diligently to assist in resolving any shipping-related issues whenever possible.
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Custom tinted products may require up to one week for processing depending on raw material availability.
TuffTex Materials ships orders via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for palletized shipments. Shipping documents and tracking information will be provided once the shipment leaves our facility.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard shipments: 3–5 business days
- Freight shipments: 3-7 business days, depending on destination and carrier schedules and weather permitting
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight and dimensions
- Number of packages or pallets
- Origin and destination of the shipment
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers should contact TuffTex Shipping Support with their tracking number and shipment details so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
